Welcome to Someplace Good at Sea Place! Beachy and simple, a home away from home with views of the ocean from both balconies! Cozy and comfortable with wood furnishings, inspired design and neutral linens. The warm tones, natural surfaces and local flavors create a unique laid back atmosphere for you to slow down, sleep in and stay longer! This 2 floor condo makes for the perfect beach getaway. Our beach home sleeps up to 6 guests and includes 2.5 bathrooms. The 2 bedrooms sleeps 4 comfortably - the master bedroom and the second bedroom have queen sized beds and lots of living space! The Living room has a pull out sofa option for 2 more guests. The kitchen comes with cute little touches, including coffee provided through your stay and a variety of beverages chilled in the fridge for your arrival. A selection of games and puzzles are provided for you to enjoy, and both TV's are equipped with cable and Roku streaming devices. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and include a private gated beach walkway, access to two pools, tennis, racquetball and basketball courts. A selection of beach supplies are provided for your enjoyment during your stay, including an umbrella, blanket, boogie board, bag, chairs, cart, towels and toys. Spend your days at the beach or pool and then indulge in all of the restaurants, enjoy Anastasia Island or explore historic Downtown St. Augustine right from your door step!

The condo was very clean, with nice furnishings and updated kitchen and bathrooms. We enjoyed the pools and it’s a beautiful beach. We would definitely stay there again.

Location was excellent! Condo was cozy and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and it was nice to see some snacks when we arrived. Very nice touch! Didnt want for a thing during our stay. Got to hit the beach several times and some of the other fun places in town. View from both balconies was great as well. The littles loved it! Definitely recommend for anyone coming to St. Augustine for a little down time.

Our host thought of absolutely everything. Our stay started with a welcoming note and got better from there. The condo is beautiful, clean, well-stocked, and it felt like home.
