Gorgeous 1st floor poolside unit located at Sea Place. This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has plenty to offer for guests looking to escape to the beach.
Stack-able washer/dryer, large kitchen area with all appliances, king size bed in master and two twin size beds in the second bedroom. The living room also has a pull out full size sofa bed. A new 50 inch flat screen TV has been added to the living room and a new 32 inch flat screen has been added to the master bedroom.
The condo has wireless Internet for your convenience.
The condo is less than a minute walk to the beach.
Situated off the A1A scenic coastal byway, this newly remodeled 2 bed/2 bath condo offers the comfort of spacious beach living. Impressive ocean views from living and master bedroom. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. We really loved the idea of being able to walk out the back door and go straight to the beach. The location was very convenient for any shopping we wanted to do in town. Look forward to coming back in the future.

This property served all of our needs. However, there were a couple issues - the sliding glass door was not sealed properly & we had a few spiders as visitors.
Overall it was a good stay.

My daughter and her two sons, age 4 and 6, joined me for a short get away. Our room was the perfect location for 2 active boys to play. The room was on the ground floor, nice grass area, and a quiet location. The pool is close and we had a short walk to the beach. Sea Place is an older condo. I do say that everything seems to be well kept. Great 3 night get away. I can't wait til I can return.
