About this apartment rental

Remodeled kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops. Updated baths with granite tops and new cabinets. New tile floors in all bedrooms. Wet bar with fridge new cabinets and granite counter tops. Ground floor, walk out to the beach. New patio furniture.tGreat beach, two pools, tennis court, Close to historic Saint Augustine. Many restaurants close to condo location. Easy. Parking directly behind condo.

The location is great. Close to downtown and most activities. Beach is steps away, and several great restaurants are close by. The apartment is pretty good. It is an older condo and while it says renovated, it is showing its age. I am not sure what was renovated. Furniture is older, bathrooms are solid, but aged. It is comfortable and clean. The view of the ocean is great. The kitchen is cluttered with too many random utensils and dishware, makes it hard to find what you need. But we would come back again as it is a decent place to stay at a good price. And we had good interactions with the owners.

The location was great, right at the beach! The host was excellent and great with communication. We had a utility issue during our stay that was out of the owners control and he went above and beyond to make it up to us.

Third or fourth time we have stayed here. We love it, and we'll definitely be back.
