The place was beautiful and a great location. However the dishwasher looked like it was moldy in the bottom. Also this has nothing to do with our individual condo but the complex pool needs to have at least a few umbrellas. After being in the sun at the beach all day it would have been nice to sit in some shade while winding down at the pool! Some of the quilts had stains and one of the upstairs remotes had a sticky substance on it! Although these are fairly minor I feel like the owner should know about them so they can be addressed! But we still had a great stay!

e had a wonderful time in St. Augustine! This was our first trip to the area and we will visit again!! We loved this condo - the upstairs rooms were convenient, too. It was nice to feel like you were welcome to stay in someone’s home. It was not decorated in a “sterile” or generic hotel fashion, either, which was nice. The description of the condo was accurate, and it was well maintained. I often have trouble sleeping in a new place, but found these mattresses to be great! The view was nice; We loved sitting outside on the patio, looking at and listening to the ocean - We loved the condo complex, too. Everyone at the rental office was friendly, helpful, and very nice, too, which made the whole trip wonderful!! We would recommend the rental agency, this condo, and this complex. We enjoyed the beach, swimming in the pool, wish we had brought our tennis racquets, a convenient Publix, Spanish Forts visits. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you, John and Nicole!!
