Мне очень понравилось всё. Месторасположение - очень близко к морю. Метров 50. Ближе - только лежаки на пляже. Хороший оборудованный пляж. Квартира оборудована всем необходимым. В каждой комнате кондиционер. На кухне, все принадлежности. Мы попросили дополнительно кухонную утварь, и нам ее купили, за что огромное спасибо хозяевам. Очень приятные и отзывчивые люди. Рекомендую. 2 лежака и зонт в июле -20 евро, может кому то эта информация будет полезна.

Из минусов, только отсутствие ширмы в ванной и пожалуй двери в санузел(гармошка).

A Perfect Stay in Nea Chora, Chania We spent a wonderful week in this apartment, which had everything we needed to feel at home in Chania. The location is ideal: right by the beach, yet tucked away in the back building, so we barely noticed the nightlife noise. You can easily walk to the Old Town, but there are also great bars, cafés, and restaurants right on the beach. A well-stocked supermarket is just a short walk away too. Beyond the city beach, quieter beaches are accessible on foot or via a short bus ride. For our day trip to Elafonissi, we were even picked up almost right outside the door—so convenient! The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, and the key handover was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended for a relaxing yet central stay in Chania.

Perfect location with super nice and tidy accommodation. Very well equipped apartment. Super friendly and helpful owner couple - they made sure we enjoyed our stay 😊
