A great studio in an amazing location: 2 minutes to Neo Chora beach, 20 minutes to quieter emptier beach in the area, and very close to the old town in Chania, with a beautiful walk on the sealine with amazing restaurants on the way. The rooms were always super clean, and the host were nice and helpful. As a lonetraveller, i felt safe and comfy there. Totally recommend it.
In case of accessibility issues, it has an elevator.

It's a really neat apart-hotel, the hosts are super nice, a real Greek family business. There is an elevator, the rooms are clean and well equipped. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The safety deposit box is available at the reception. The agreements were easy to make with the hosts.
The location is a very individual opinion - for me, there were too many dense buildings around and narrow streets and the short route to the center isn't very scenic. But, to others I'm sure it's charming and full of local character. Getting to the beach, bakery and bus stop requires google maps, but once you get a hang of it it's easy. My recommendation is always to go via scenic route by the sea, it has much better panorama than going through the city.
The bus takes very short time to get you to the golden beach and back and it costs only 2 eur per trip.
There is no sound insulation, I could hear people in the hallway and in the next room. But, there is a pharmacy nearby and you can buy earplugs there. I think it's a reasonable compromise, considering it's otherwise a very nice stay.

Clean apartment very close to the beach. Very friendly staff answering questions and presenting Chania. Umbrellas and other beach equipment can be borrowed.
The bed mattress and pillows were relatively uncomfortable. The doors were thin and you could hear all noises from the hallway and other rooms.
