Lokalizacja super. Przy plaży, blisko spacerkiem do starego miasta, restauracje obok. Do sklepów blisko. Mieszkanie wyposażone we wszystko, duży balkon z widokiem na morze .Przywitanie fajnym poczęstunkiem. Zameldowanie bez problemu. Polecam.

This is the best location for us in Chania. We’ve rented apartments here several times before. Perfectly close to the beach and the old town, with sunshine on the balcony almost all day and a perfect sea view from the bedroom. Everything worked perfectly, we had plenty of towels and pillows. Super friendly and flexible host. Easy check-in. You can wash your swimwear and easily dry it on the balcony with the drying rack. The coffee machine provides a perfect morning coffee on the balcony. The view from the balcony is absolutely unbeatable, it’s worth booking this apartment for the balcony alone, even though everything else was perfect too.

Excellent location for the beach area of Chania. It was still easy to walk into the old town from here and the beach was on the doorstep. The view was beautiful and could be enjoyed from the large balcony. There was plenty of decent nearby restaurants and again it was very close to the town to walk into in the evening for a change of pace. The accommodation was more modern and much nicer than the pictures show so we were very pleasantly surprised by that. I would definitely recommend Eva’s Suite.

The shower didn’t really work properly. The shower head was faulty. The fan in the bedroom isn’t really adequate when the weather is particularly hot.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende Lage der Unterkunft sowie der wirklich schöne Ausblick auf den Hafen. Beim Empfang wurden wir mit einem Willkommensschild begrüßt, und im Kühlschrank standen bereits zwei Flaschen Wasser bereit. Die Küche ist gut und vollständig ausgestattet – alles, was man benötigt, ist vorhanden.

Die Unterkunft ist insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bett quietscht bei jeder Bewegung so stark, dass an erholsamen Schlaf kaum zu denken ist. Die Matratze ist zudem unbequem. Eine Ausweichmöglichkeit bietet das Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich. Die Unterkunft selbst ist recht klein und umfasst schätzungsweise nur 20 bis 25 Quadratmeter. Für zwei Personen ist der Platz ausreichend, aber insgesamt wirkt alles sehr eng. Ein großes Problem ist die Dusche: Es ist praktisch unmöglich zu duschen, ohne dabei eine Überschwemmung zu verursachen. Der Duschvorhang ist zu kurz und reicht nur etwa zwei Drittel bis zum Boden, sodass Wasser ungehindert herausläuft. Der angebotene Parkplatz ist in der Praxis kaum nutzbar. Schon bei der Einfahrt bin ich mit einem Toyota Yaris aufgesetzt, und man sieht deutlich, dass dies nicht zum ersten Mal passiert ist. Ich konnte nur ganz seitlich einparken, beim Ausfahren setzt man jedoch erneut auf. Zudem ist die Parkfläche extrem eng. Wir haben den Parkplatz daher nur einmal genutzt und danach bevorzugt außerhalb geparkt.
