Our stay at this house in Crete was truly unforgettable. The place was beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed — but what really made it special was the incredible kindness of the host. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel genuinely welcome. Always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with suggestions on what to see, where to eat, and how to enjoy the island to the fullest. Her warm and heartfelt hospitality made us feel right at home. It was an experience we’ll always treasure. We highly recommend this house to anyone looking not just for a great place to stay, but for a truly authentic and heartfelt welcome. We’ll definitely be back!

Great experience and wonderful host

Very spacious apartment, well located - just 15 minutes by foot to the old town of Chania (nice walk by the sea) and 1 minute from a nice pedestrian area with good taverns with sea view. The stay was very enjoyable. The apartment has also a nice and spacious balcony to enjoy some fresh air in the morning with your coffee ;) But the best of it all was the warm welcome we received from the owner, which was examplary and distinctive compared to previous booking reservations we had made in other places. Angela made sure that we have everything we need and suggested herself where we can go and what we can explore. Thank you very much and we will be happy to come again!

Actually there is nothing particular to mention that we did not like. Just a note to the tourists coming by car. We were with a car rental and although we could find a parking spot each time we got back from where we were going, it always seemed that it was the last available spot. This is not to discourage future visitors who come by car, since one can park on the street or nearby streets completely free of charge. It is just so you know that parking your car would be on the street near the apartment and not on a big parking area per se. This note was just for information and is not about something we did not like :)

Exceptional

The apartment was a perfect place to stay to get familiar with Chania, make day trips or just go on the beach. The place is in the 15 minute walking distance from the old town, public transportation (bus terminal), near the beach and restaurants. The hostess Angeliki is very warm and welcoming. It was very thoughtful of her to pick me up from the bus stop. She also gave me a lot of ideas for my trip through Crete. The apartment is clean, cozy, has all amenities you need, excellent reliable wifi, washing machine. Would definitely recommend to other travelers! Thank you a lot, Angeliki!

Great value apartment in superb location

The apartment is spacious, very clean, with amazing facilities. The landlady provides beach towels, sun loungers and umbrellas. It's got a large balcony and well equipped kitchen. It's right near the Nea Chora beach or a short walk further along the coast to other lovely coves or 10 minutes into town in the other direction. Highly recommended.

Spacious appartment right next to the beach

Friendly and helpful host, well equipped kitchen, very thoughtful details and accessories, we even got some disinfectant, mosquito repellant, and detergent for the washing machine. Great location next to the beach, pleasant walk to the center. Good WiFi. Metal shutters on the balcony provide darkness for sleeping-in in the morning. The bedroom is on the quiet side. AC works well, a bit aged. Beautiful art. Good prices in nearby reastaurants. Overall excellent value when compared to the hotels nearby, I wish we could have stayed longer.

The main bed was very hard, too low, gave us back pains, we had to use the extra bed which was comfy. No microwave, no dishwasher. Parking was OK for us, but during normal times I can imagine how it could be difficult. It is a nice walk to the center, but if you go every night then the distance does become tedious, it takes some time.

Beach is around the corner. Host was waiting for us, A/C was on in apartment and fresh fruit salad and cold water on arrival. We had an amazing holiday.

Just 1 min walk to the beach, so you can enjoy the sun every day. And 15 mins to the city centre or bus station. It’s convenient The host is very nice and helpful. She picked me up from the bus station for free at night.
