Dominique and his wife were very welcoming and helpful and Dominique explained the transport locations and the local area as soon as we arrived. The air conditioning was a bonus and was much needed. The apartment had all the facilities required. The washing machine was also very useful. Having a choice of two bus routes nearby (one immediately outside the property) was very convenient. The apartment was very clean.
We had a very enjoyable stay. However, the lounge chairs were a little bit low and as a suggestion, it may benefit from higher chairs, which are easier to get in and out of.

El lugar precioso rodeado de vegetación y villas típicas de Niza, muy cerca de uno de uno de los monumentos más bonitos, la catedral ortodoxa. Cerca de la estación de trenes. La casa estaba muy limpia y el a/a funcionaba bastante bien ya que fuimos en plena ola de calor.
Faltaba una percha para colgar ropa y bolsos
