Nice location and space, but the comfort and cleanliness could be improved.

We liked the location and how easy it was to access the property. The verranda space itself is spacious and could be a great feature with some improvements. The general layout of the place was also nice for a weekend with friends.

We were shocked by the poor cleanliness, especially in the verranda, which was covered in green moss, dust, spider webs, and full of mosquitoes. The mold stains present in various parts of the property was also concerning. The fridge didn’t stay shut properly, and the lack of proper ventilation made the place uncomfortable during hot weather. Because of the mosquito problem, we had to keep windows and doors closed, making the air stuffy and the verranda unusable when doors open.

The apartment itself was excellent – a lot of space, clean, with literally everything which one might need to feel comfortable, and a very nice terrace to have breakfast, dinners, or just relax.

Good stay.

Good location and close to supermarkets and short walk into the old town. The owner responds quickly to any issues. Great free parking nearby.

The double bed is small, and a better undercover is needed as the plastic one gets too hot. The cottage needs a really good clean with all cobwebs removed, and a good dusting. We had to defrost the fridge which continues to leak water ( probably needs a new door seal) and their were issues in the shower alcove as the water was not draining away. we cleaned out the drain and that helped. the toilet cistern leaks water. All these issues were minor and reported and a plumber will need to visit to rectify these issues.

Logement agréable à deux pas du centre ville

Logement très cosy avec ce qu’il faut comme équipement. La véranda avec ces canapés et la terrasse extérieur sont deux atouts supplémentaires pour ce logement. La salle de bain donne sur la chambre. Comme une mini chambre parentale. La cuisine lumineuse est idéalement placée est donne sur la véranda. Une vraie pépite non loin du centre-ville de Tours . Arrêt de bus à 20 mètres permettant d’aller rapidement dans le centre ou à la gare de Tours si on ne veut pas marcher .

Bij aankomst geen Host gezien. Wel: -Erg vieze beschimmelde badkamer. -Bedompte sfeerloze donkere woonkamer. -Smoezelige keuken, hele oude versleten pannen, lekkende koelkast. -De aangebouwde serre was ooit mooi maar al jaren niet schoongemaakt getuige alle spinnenwebben en beschimmelde randen en tafeltjes. -Ons verzoek om extra wc-papier (een halve rol is voor 3 dgn wat weinig) en extra afwasmiddel was te logistiek uitdagend, want er zou slechts 1 sleutel zijn, en wij hadden geen zin om onze enige dag in Tours te gaan zitten wachten.

L’appartamento molto spazioso si trova in uno dei tipici palazzi a graticcio … comodo per raggiungere a piedi il centro è vicino ad un carrefour market, in zona ed anche fronte casa possibilità di parcheggio gratuito Cucina ben accessoriata , con macchina caffè , forno e micro; si riposa bene in quanto ambiente silenzioso , letto e cuscini i comodi. Comodo il self check in con tt le istruzioni ricevute per tempo

Il punto di forza ed attrattivo per cui avevano scelto la casa erano la veranda ed il giardino che purtroppo sono stati una delusione in quanto molto trascurati , sporchi e con presenza di muffa …. peccato davvero !

Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor wie Tours wil verkennen - vlak bij het centrum.

De hygiëne is echt ondermaats: stoffige veranda, schimmel in de badkamer en op de plafonds. Dit huis heeft zoveel potentieel, de veranda en het tuintje zouden een grote meerwaarde kunnen vormen, maar zijn nu echt een minpunt.

Raccourci par manque de bien-être

À part la propreté rien.

Le logement était très humide, froid, et cela sentait mauvais. Des marques d’humidité au sol. La véranda donne en réalité sur un toit peut jardin et un mur derrière lequel il y a du bazar. Rien de bien agréable ni confortable. A fuir en hiver! Je ne suis d’ailleurs pas restée comme prévu.

Charme d’un logement ouvert sur une véranda et cour, même si le froid ne permettait guère d’en profiter ! L'appartement est très bien situé, propre, joliment décoré, super équipé, au calme. Literie très confortable. La salle de bain est petite mais très fonctionnelle. Nous étions 3, un peu compliqué pour la salle de bain, notre amie devait passer par notre chambre pour y accéder. C'est l'endroit idéal pour 2.
