A location with unrealised potential

Natural forest interior of the houses

We booked 3 nights at Belvedere Hills however were relocated to a different place without our knowledge. The new place was 10 min away / 5 km deep into the forest and did not match the original description (not a villa but a 2 bed apartment, no lake views, not enough seating for 6 people, no sauna or hot tube). We had to move to Belvedere Hills on the second day with all our luggage and kids which was quite inconvenient for our short 3 day trip. Belvedere Hills facilities were clean and matched the description. Friendly staff but miscommunications all along - they confirmed they would give us a refund for the first night, however changed their mind on the second day to a voucher which we did not accept as we will not be coming back.

Calm and cozy get-away

We had a great stay. I really liked the area, and the small cabins were cozy. There was a nice area for sitting outside the cabin with a bbq. The host was very polite and they answer quickly. We had a very good experience there, and already talked about visiting this accommodation again in the future.

The kitchen is a bit too small, and there should be more kitchen appliances, and maybe extra towels and a coffee machine. We only stayed there a few days, but I imagine that for a longer trip, it would be nice to be able to cook a bit more, or in case it rains, you can only sit on your bed.

Very nice houses, design is nice.

Not well equipped. One coffee machine for all houses. Barbecues also not enough. Housekeeping doesn’t enter the house to clean. The jacuzzi was not working and it was not written . The sauna you need to prepare yourself. Too much amortised houses and not maintained.

Very nice place in the forest, recommended!

We enjoyed it a lot. There is an equipped party/cooking building that is separate from the sleeping ones. Espresso machine for Dolce Gusto pods available.

Bathroom was a bit poorly equipped. No toilet roll holder and the shower makes the roll wet if left there. Shower holder was not holding well. Toilet cover did not stay in upper position and had to be held.

Beautiful location and very well done and decorated resort Very nice place in general Very tasteful decorated and you can see that a lot of efforts has been put in and they are still improving Excellent host very helpful and thoughtful

I think would of be better a little more information on the booking sites for what to expect because almost none of the houses have an oven and have to use shared facilities which was a little hard and already very occupied,more info on arrival how to get in etc Probably will be good for extra blankets and bedding

A quiet piece of heaven ❤️

We were a group of four and we booked the 2-bedroom villa. We also used the tavern. Both of them were clean and well equipped. The villa was very tastefully furnished and the tavern had a lot of amenities - dishwasher included. Overall, the villa site is stylish and well maintained. A great plus is that the site is just outside the town Dospat and you could easily reach convenience stores by foot. Also, the host was very responsive and always made sure everything was okay!

The sink pipe in the villa was a bit leaky. I contacted the host and she immediately sent a person to fix it. It seemed to be okay for a few hours but it started leaking again. Also, there was a bit of dust on the decorative tables in the villa and the barbeque that was designated for our villa was a bit neglected. Other than these minor issues, I can confidently say that our stay was great.

Amazing place to get away from everyday life. We got a free upgrade and stayed in the 4 bedroom villa. It had 2 bathrooms and separate loo. Everything was clean and stylish.
