An excellent stay

Loved the hot tub, the water was hot and plentiful, and the jets were strong. The room was very large and warm even though the weather was very cold. The bed was large and comfortable. The pancake breakfast was tasty.

Comfortable Stay in a Convenient Location We stayed at this new hotel in late May 2025 and had a great experience. The location of Къща за гости Карлък is very convenient—close to the city centre and also a good starting point for hiking in the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is kept very clean. The beds were really comfortable. We will stay here again when we return to the area.

Прекрасно място, изключително чисто, просторно и уютно. Много добра закуска. Много чиста сауна. Паркинг от хотела. Задължително ще посетим отново

Много е малко, но би било по-удобно ако не трябва да се влиза в хотела с код (след 22:00 часа) а диркетно с карта или ключ. Би било също удобно ако имат някакъв вендинг автомат с минимални опции за храна около рецепцията или мини бар в стаите. Едната нощ ни се наложи да ходим до другия край на града за денонощен магазин. А въобще не искахме да излизаме от хотела :)

Прекрасна къща за гости и домакини!

Изключително позитивно и добро отношение на домакините, много топло посрещане и вкусна закуска :) Къщата е на много удобна локация с достъпен частен паркинг. Дизайнът далеч не е родопски, което го прави много очарователно място за отсядане на фона на обичайните в родопски стил места. :)

Превзошел наши ожидания!

Мы были проездом и остановились всего на одну ночь, но мы были просто в восторге! Нас заботливо встретили вечером. Возле отеля есть частная зона для парковки. Номер просто превзошел наши ожидания, при том что у нас был самый маленький и недорогой номер - он оказался очень большим и комфортным. Утром был подготовлен прекрасный завтрак только для нас, так как больше людей в этот день не было. При этом нам все мило подавали, убирали и предлагали еще кофе. Выше всех похвал!

Много чисто,чудесно подредени и аражирани стаи.Паркинг с бариера и чип за гостите.Обща кухня в която може да си готвите.Страхотна баня с хидромасажна вана.Тиха и спокойна локация ,но точно до старият център на градът.

Липсва климатик,нямаше ютия.Голяма спалня беше с два отделни малки матрака един до друг.

Всичко беше прекрасно.Къщата разполага със собствен паркинг и игрище.Домакините ни посрещнаха много топло, дори ни почерпиха с вкусна закуска, която не ни беше включена в цената.Стаите са много чисти и уютни.На първия етаж има кухня, която е оборудвана с всичко необходимо.Изкарахме си страхотно и определено пак бихме отишли там.
