The appartment was great. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare simple meals. The appartment is very warm with unlimited hot water (gas boiler). The bathroom is spacious. The bed is very comfortable with a high end foam mattress. The place was exceptionally clean. The views are great. And it is very close to both Samokov by car and to Borovets center by foot. The villa is on a road, but it's not a busy one, so car noise was not a problem.
Overall we had a lovely stay and would come back.
We had an issue with the dishwasher. We ended up not using it and washing by hand. But the host promised to get it fixed after we left.
The bedroom is a bit small. We were barely able to fit the baby crib next to our bed, which basically left no space in the room. Also note that the door between the bedroom and the living room is a slide door, so it doesn't block noise well. If you have a child sleeping in the bedroom, you'd have to mind the noise.
The door between the living room and the hallway doesn't close, which wasn't a big issue for us.
