The host was very responsive. The house was clean, fully equipped, bright and with a nice garden.

Only 2 windows can open. Two of the bedrooms are without an outside window. Only 1 shower we could use. Different levels and steps in the middle of the rooms.

I've stayed in Separava Banya many times, this was my first time at this house. I liked the location at the top of the hill, it was quiet compared to the other side of the village. The size of the home, rooms and beds were comfortable. The appliances worked well, were sufficient for our needs, and was easy to park. Though we did not have any needs during our stay, at check in and check out the hosts were highly responsive and appeared friendly. The home itself appeared to place an emphasis on hospitality and comfort, and after long days of hiking, we rested well here. We did not use the outdoor features (bbq, pergola) but in all, everything was as advertised. This was a good place to stay and I'd be open to staying again.

Excessive level changes throughout the home. It appears that during construction, the contractors did not account for standard sizing when framing the interior doors. Rather than paying for custom dimensions, they opted to raise and lower the floor level at nearly every single doorway as a corrective measure. In total, we counted 12 different places where you have to step up or down just moving between a room, hallway, or bedroom. Tripping and stubbing our toes was a constant hazard—thankfully, we avoided any sprained ankles, but it made navigating the space a persistent safety concern, especially at night, and carrying food from the kitchen to the eating area.

Всичко беше невероятно, от настаняването, до целия престой! Домакинката беше изключително мила. Самата вила беше голяма, светла и просторна. Беше оборудвана с всичко необходимо не се усетили нещо да ни липсва. Има климатици, допълнителни кърпи, сешоар и тн. Силно препоръчвам, много сме доволно цялата компания! До нови срещи! (:<3
