Amazing accomodation in Trigrad

Everything. The atmosphere, the rooms, the decor especially! The location is great as well- close to Trigrad, but Devin as well. The park next to the hotel is amazing as well.

We had an amazing stay in nature! Really calm and cozy

It was really nice and cozy we stayed in the studio and it was really spacious and me and my girlfriend found the shower amazing! Location is amazing and a small walk to devils throat! And there was a really nice cat!!

Great location, comfortable room.

A bit of cleaning materials odor coming from the bathroom. The shower is not enclosed, so the bathroom floor fills with water. A mop would have helped.

Horlog horror

Nice location, clean and comfortable. Horrible experience with the restaurant service. The food was either microwave heated or microwave cooked and inedible. The staff kept changing the operating hours of the restaurant at will. On our second night before our departure, they gave us two plates of leftover breakfast from the morning buffet for the next day. There was no one at the reception or at the facilities for the checkout process. I guess they couldn't be bothered with anything.

Very pleasant stay.

Location is good. Food at the restaurant was very good as well as the service. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Stunning vie from the hotel.

Bed mattresses were not very comfortable and should be replaced. All the rest was perfect.

Great place in the Trigrad/Jagodina area

This is a fantastic place situated by the river inside the Trigrad canyon (zdrelo). You can hear the river run below your balcony and the views are spectacular. I had an apartment in one of the villas, which had modern hip decoration with elements of nature. If you want to go and see the Devil's throat cave and Jagodina cave and the surrounding natural landmarks this is one of the best places to stay.

Nice place but a lot can be improved!

The surrounding nature is beautiful. We rented an apartment in that place. We really liked the interior - a lot of natural materials are used and and a lot of the furniture was with nice vintage look.

The floor everywhere except the bathrooms was dirty! Your socks would become black in 2 minutes walking inside. There were spider webs. The included breakfast is a complete joke!!! If you want normal coffee you have to pay. If you want pancakes for your child you have to pay. And we wanted pancakes because my kids didn't eat anything from the 2 things that were provided. Even when I wanted to pay it turned out they can't make them because I quote "they are preparing for lunch". The first night I ordered their whole traditional "Rhodope" menu to try it out and I must say I was really unimpressed!
