New furniture. Parking on site

There is no elevator, and you claim a few floors. The apartment was dirty and full with bugs and spider webs. Many dead bugs around the whole apartment. My 1 year old was picking and finding them all the time. Disgusting.

Clean, good apartment.l had a nice vibe in a beautiful place.

The AC in our unit was placed in a bad position and it couldn’t heat the apartment properly. It appeared to be broken so we had to keep it running for the whole trip because of the cold weather

The studio was nice and clean. The location is convenient, it have supermarkets and pharmacy nearby. The lake Kleptuza is just across the building.

The small apartments/studios are facing the street which might a bit noisy.

Good location self check in

The hot water is probably connected with other rooms and when they use it temperature of our water was changing. There was hair in the bathroom If you’re using the AC there is water coming from it on top of the chairs in the balcony.

Very nic place

The apartment is very modern, well decorated and it is close to a nice small park. The whole building is new and there is a free parking spot on site. The host is very kind and the check in process was very easy. It is wonderful that they also allow dogs so we could take our Labrador with us :)

A recommendation I could give is to leave in the apartment some additional stuffs such as broom and dustpan, pan, etc. It is a small adjustment but this way the guests will feel more comfortable just like at home.

Disaster

Immediately after our check in we noticed that there was no soap in the soap dispenser in the bathroom, and that there was only one small toilet paper roll. Because there is no staff in the building we immediately called the manager (the boy that checked us in). I talked to the person for 5 minutes, convincing him someone to come and refill the soap dispenser and bring at least one more toilet paper roll. He was very arrogant and didn't even apologise. We are talking about basic hygiene things that were missing. The again in the other room the guests noticed that the toilet tank is not in function and we called the person again. The person became rude and told us that we can leave the property and that he would return our money because we were complaining too much. I was outraged by the response ant told him that we will not leave the property because we paid for it and the solution to kick two families with kids in the evening is inhuman. 30 minutes after the call the cleaning lady was at the door (Room 1) to refill the dispenser and left us three more toilet rolls. Then she went in Room 8 to try to fix the toilet tank (yes the cleaning lady was instructed to fix the toilet tank). The lady tried to physically remove the top of the tank but she failed. After that she was instructed by the contact person to leave the family a bucket for toilet flushing. Again there was not apologise from the contact person/manager but there was statement from him that before us the tank worked just fine. And the worst is yet to happen. The next day at about 10:00 we checked out as instructed at the check-in to leave the keys at the door. About an hour later email from booking.com was sent to me with 20euro fine for stealing the key of the room and for toilet tank damage. Luckily i replied to booking with long explanation and the fine was gone, and the staff from the customer service apologised several times.
