The apartment building is relatively new and modern, so it is relatively comfortable.
It is clear that the maintenance is not good. Most of the lamps in the apartment were acceptable and did not work, the curtains were torn, the cleanliness was really basic, some of the fixtures were dirty and the kitchen was not properly equipped. There is no elevator despite being on the fourth floor.

Clean, good apartment.l had a nice vibe in a beautiful place.
The AC in our unit was placed in a bad position and it couldn’t heat the apartment properly. It appeared to be broken so we had to keep it running for the whole trip because of the cold weather

The studio was nice and clean. The location is convenient, it have supermarkets and pharmacy nearby. The lake Kleptuza is just across the building.
The small apartments/studios are facing the street which might a bit noisy.
