Sufficient if you don't care about unpleasant odours and don't expect the 4*/5* surroundings

The communication with the owner was easy and there was everything we needed, but on the cost of a few unpleasant odours, among other things...

- cigarette smell hit us in the face right after we went in and not only from 1-2 cigarettes... Our pillows and bed linen smelled of cigarettes, so that I had to spray perfume on it before I went to sleep. I think it was washed and not worn but then stashed somewhere where someone smoked in for days. And this is an apartment where you bring your little kids in with you?? I'm happy that this was not the case with me this time... - keep in mind that the apartment is in a 5* hotel, but the apartment itself is far far away from 5*. It was nice and new once but these days were over 15 years ago at least and nowadays it definitely needs a big renovation (stains on the walls, unplastered wall where the radiator used to be, spider webs around the windows, leaky/broken tiles in the bathroom etc). It looks better and newer in the pictures than in reality. - another weird smell - 2 days we had this super weird smell of peeling garlic or so from the bathroom... Quite unpleasant, next to the cigarette smell - the bathroom does not have a curtain or something similar around the bath tube and you cannot really shower like a normal person. Even when you're very careful, the water splashes all over the bathroom. Some of the tiles under the bath tube are leaky and water drips from there as well. The toilet seat falls apart every second time you seat on it (just in case - we have normal BMI)

Location, nothing else

It is not suitable for a family of 4, (it is more suitable for 2 adults with one young child). Terrible experience. Very tired apartment, in need of attention. Hotel itself is very overrated to be 5stars. All facilities are dated and not looked after. Swimming pools/hot tubs are not cleaned properly. Avoid

Разочароващо преживяване, което не отговаря на очакванията и цената

Резервацията беше направена през Booking за място, което по описание и снимки изглеждаше като 5-звезден хотел. На място обаче се оказа, че стаята е частен имот в хотел. Още при пристигането на рецепция ни съобщиха, че няма кърпи за нас и, понеже хотелът е пълен, не могат да ни предоставят. Вместо това ни предложиха да си купим от близък магазин. За щастие, собственичката на стаята се появи и ни осигури кърпи и халати. При настаняването открихме, че стаята е подготвена за двама гости, въпреки че бяхме трима. Никой не отговори на запитването ни и решихме да не си разваляме настроението, като отидем до “спа” центъра. Там обаче басейнът беше много малък и препълнен. След кратък престой на шезлонгите, когато станахме, открихме, че кърпите ни са почернели. В стаята решихме да използваме ваната, но по средата на пълненето топлата вода свърши. Установихме, че има малък бойлер, който трябва да обслужва и тримата гости. Стъкленият параван в банята е разлепен и нестабилен в двата края, което е опасно, особено за деца. Освен това, вратата срещу нашата имаше катинар, камера и надпис “Москва слезам не верит!”, което ни създаде допълнително притеснение. За цената от 180 лв. очаквахме далеч по-добро качество и условия. Опитът ни беше разочароващ и не бихме препоръчали това място.

Decadimento Hotel a 3 stelle , da evitare ☠️

La struttura offre 3 piscine 2 interne e 1 esterna con due vasche da idromassagio e 4 stanze SPA. La posizione è alla fine di Velingrad ma offre un bel paesaggio con vista montagna ( se avete le stanze verso gli ultimi piani )

Personale che posso descrivere con una semplice parola Automi , ti ripetono il loro script di informazioni per la stanza e dove si trovano ristorante e piscina senza nessuna empatia , ci fosse stata l intelligenza artificiale avrebbe fatto più bella figura. La stanza era solo stata messa in ordine , era sporca piena di polvere e capelli , con lenzuola e asciugamani sporchi riposti nel guardaroba ( il robot che lavorava alla reception ci ha detto di sentirci fortunati perché nella stanza avevamo la vasca e accesso gratuito alla piscina e spa altrimenti si pagava ), mancavo accappatoi e ciabatte che devi pagare e lasciare deposito se li vuoi usare. Ristorante pietoso con buffe cibo di scarsa qualità che paghi a persona escluso le bevande che costano un occhio della testa , camerieri che girano senza meta e arrivano solo a chiusura ristorante per dirti di spostarti a bere alla reception, assolutamente inutili e con zero professionalità. In complesso da un hotel a 5 STELLE non mi aspettavo un posto così decaduto ne merita massimo 3 , rapporto qualità prezzo bocciato , staf bocciato , che dire sicuramente è stata la prima e ultima volta, sconsiglio vivamente

Lo que más me ha gustado el spa exterior y lo que menos las instalaciones en general , estaban viejas , desordenadas y descuidadas. El edredón era más pequeño que la cama y el dormitorio estaba lleno de utensilios de hogar por la estancia ( aspirador ,tabla de planchar ,estropajos) y la terraza estaba muy sucia.

Задоволителен.

Апартамента е частен, разположен в самия хотел "Св. Спас". Собственичката няма как да повлияе на околната обстановка. Самия апартамент е прекрасен. Спа зоната беше много добра. Водата в басейна беше чудесна. Храната в ресторанта беше вкусна.

Басейна беше малък за всички гости, които го посетиха. Джакузито вън и вътре беше с ограничен капацитет. Много деца които скачаха в басейна (и възрастни също) и никой не им правеше забележка, не че нямаше кой. И твърде много роми, които бяха доста шумни.

Собственичката е много комуникативна,всичко обяснява,апартамента е в хотел 5 звезди.Разположението е уникално между река и планина. В цената са включени ползването на басйни ,джакузита,сауна,парна баня.Водата беше топла и приятна и във външния и вътешните басйни.Перфектно място.Пак ще го посетим.
