It's about a 15 minute walk from town, but it's well worth it.
You get your own private room for the price of a hostel bed.
There is a large common area and kitchen.
The owner speaks very good English and is super friendly and polite.
There was nothing to dislike.

Nice cleanbright spaces and rooms. Staff was very friendly. Was an easy walk to walking street areas. Comfortable beds. Clean bathrooms. Close to markets, and cafes.
No air conditioning so it was very hot in the afternoons. We did have a fan though so that really helped.

Very clean and comfortable, great facilities and welcoming and friendly staff. Great value for money.
Our room was situated by the smoking area which meant smoke would come into our room unless we shut our windows but was too hot otherwise.
