The property is incredible, thoughtfully designed, and the location is perfect for enjoying Tepoztlán.

Perfect location for my first visit to tepoztlan.

The room was comfortable, and the views from the property were beautiful. I loved seeing the fireworks from the rooftoop during new year's eve. It was lovely to spend time by the pool in the afternoon to relax and take in the view of the surrounding mountains.

The ac didn't work very well in our room.

I like rooms where spacious and clean Very nice views good breakfast nice restaurant staff.

I didn’t like that if you take a room downs stairs it’s noisy cuz they filling the water for cleaning in front of your room and the music at the bar stars at 8 am. You cannot bring food from outside and the food at the restaurant except the breakfast that was good,is quite average and expensive in comparison of the restaurants outside the hotel.And after 10 pm you cannot get even a tea and there is nothing the room to make one. or water :( The swimming pool looks much much bigger than it is in pics versus reality. At booking.com they say check out at 12 but the check out it’s at 11 am we were buying some stuff and they make us pay 600 pesos to check out late when we checked out at 12;30 just 30 minutes after the check out that says at booking.com and Eveything was organized they only needed to move our stuff to the reception. The receptionist day time was not so welcoming she looks lovely he had no soul.

Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Tepozlan

The hotel is extremely well located and the building is beautiful and well maintained; even if closer to the main street, there was no noise and overall staying was good. There is a small swimming pool on the roof with an amazing view and a small terrace, perfect for relaxing or having a drink.

A lovely weekend escapade

The location is great (close to the centre but in a quiet area), the rooms are lovely, the view is stunning, the food at the restaurant is good and the staff is very kind.

The beds are very very hard, which i'm sure it's fine for most people but I have a shoulder injury so it made my night quite painful and restless. Just something to note.

Comfy beds, the place is beautifully designed, it was quiet, great located and safe. The staff was nice.

The price is a little too hight. I though I was paying for a hotel with a restaurant but it's only the accommodation facility of a party saloon.

Die Hotel Managerin hat sich unglaublich unprofessionel verhalten! Uns wurde von ihrem Kollegen versichert, dass es ok sei vor und nach dem check in/out sich beim Hotelgelände aufzuhalten. Als sie uns sah wurden wie Einbrecher behandelt. Es ging so weit, dass sie uns noch gedroht hat deswegen ihren Angestellten feuern zu müssen. Auch wenn sie schlechte Erfahrungen mit anderen Gästen gemacht hat.- Wir waren ruhige Gäste die ihren Urlaub und letzten Nachmittag mit einer guten Freundin auf der Terrasse abklingen wollten. Die Art wie ich behandelt wurde hat mir komplett den Boden unter den Füßen weggezogen!

El personal muy amable, la comida rica y la recámara hecha para descansar realmente. Muy recomendada

La habitación y la cama, tiene todas las amenidades, la vista, el roofgarden , el desayuno y la atención muy bueno. Un lugar excelente para descansar , la ubicación es perfecta , puedes caminar al centro pero tambén está muy tranquilo y seguro.

La puerta del baño se corría y no podía cerrar, pero creo que fue una situación específica de la habitación que arreglarán.
