Great Apartment block in a good location.

The rooms were spotless, very clean and they had everything you needed, it would be an ideal base for anyone wishing to stop in Dunkirk for longer as the rooms has a full fridge and cooking facilities, they were close to all the shops, restaurants and bars and we all thought it was a lovely apartment block.

The pillows on the beds could have been better.

Okay stay but no TV.

Clean room with kitchenette. Kettle, small fridge and microwave. Towel warmer worked great to keep bathroom warm. We were able to ask for hairdryer the first day. Fast response from owner via email. Very close to Monoprix and Le Clerc. Short distance to center of town and walking distance to train station.

No TV!! We had room on 2nd floor and our room had a sloped ceiling and we needed to crouch down to reach other side of bed, bumped head against the ceiling several times. Only source of natural light was skylight, no view. Scratchy towels. The pillows were terribly flat. Very noisy stairs with echo, could people walking. There is not 24 hour reception as stated, reached out via email with booking.com.

Small, well maintained place. I would stay again.

It’s a little studio apt. Decent size. Kitchen, table, bed. Kitchen has fridge, 2 burner stove microwave, pans, dishes, etc. everything you need but bring your own coffee/tea, etc. my room was ground floor, right on the street. Had security shutters to shut out noise/light& for safety. 10 min walk from train station, 10 mins to city center. Owners very friendly, no English, google translate worked!

Small, but comfortable, well-equipped, fine for a few nights

The apartment house is in a very central location, easy to find, 5 minutes walk from the city centre. I could access my room easily with a code, and a key in a key safe. The apartment itself was pretty small, but totally fine for 2 people for a few nights - except the things below. There's a well-equipped kitchen and a large comfortable bed. The room was nice and clean.

There was no wardrobe. Where am I supposed to put my clothes? Also, my room was pretty small, and as it's attic apartment, I could only see the sky from the window (and as a tall person the height of the room was not so comfortable). But these are not the things that can be improved.

Perfect for a short stay if you plan on being out and about.

Extremely clean and fresh, probably the cleanest place I've ever stayed. Location, comfortable walking distance from train station, beach, museums etc. Literally dozens of options for food within a few minutes walk. Excellent communication, easy to find and enter property.

As noted on other reviews, paper thin walls. The occupants of the next room were not loud, normal talking voice was easily discernable. City center location may not suit everyone I was accosted by many beggers.

it was waking distance from train station and about 20 minute walk to the beach, our main purpose of traveling there. the room was spotless clean.

the shower although was extremely clean, it had a bad strong smell, probably coming from the pipes. the neighborhood "felt" unsafe, but happened at all
