The facility provided is easy to access.The apartment is big and comfortable.

Probably the lift as there are two lifts for such a tall and big building.

Fabulous apartment with everything I needed. The roof top pool was perfect for a morning swim and great views plus the bed was so comfy! The check in/out process was clear and easy. I liked the location which was a short bus trip into Georgetown centre but I there was also some great local places to eat. I would definitely stay again.

Can fit up to 6 to 8 adults, spacious & clean upon arrival Clean and brand new condominium (SOHO) Long sofa (can fit 3-4 person), 1 medium size sofa (master bed room), a 6 seater dining table, 1 extra chair, 2 queen bed, 1 queen size mattress (no bed), 3 single sizes mattresses (no bed), sufficient pillows & comforters 2 bathroom- fresh towel provided, soaps 1 complete size of kitchen with its utensils, kettle, hob & hood, mugs, refrigerator, washing machine, dustbin, 2 water heater. Brand new ceiling fans, sufficient lightings & air conditioner unit at both rooms & living area. 2 Parking lot is provided There are 2 mirrors located at the bathroom

Its a hassle process during check in since there is no physical staff to assits (online instruction) only The security guard isnt helpful as well since they are not malaysian locals, and lack of clear two ways communications Security guards will asks the same question everytime getting into the parking lot - unit number (parking) & house unit number The parking is at not very conveniet for a Medium size & SUV type car as the cornering is limited of space to manuever the car. Parking is at level 7 but the number consisting of 1, 1A, 2, 2A and so on The lift will require an access card hence there is only 1 card given regardless we have mentioned there are 2 seperate cars per unit. Hence its a hassle to enter the lift. Each access card can only access the respective house unit & general access (for lobby, swimming pool & gym etc) There are other residents/ tenants/ customer who brought a dog into the lifts area.

The vibes were kinda off. We couldn’t sleep well and felt a bit scary. Not as cleaned as the other units.
