Amazing renovation of a historic property with quality finishings. Super helpful and friendly host who made us feel very welcome and was very responsive with messaging (we much appreciated the wine and chocolates and his flexibility when we had to change plans due to train strikes). Loved the central location too and very easy to get to Cinque Terre.
Slight noise in the evening from bars nearby but it didn’t trouble us.

We had a really great time in the apartment. It is well equipped and even has all cooking supplies. Andrea is a great host and provides a lot of information and help in advance and during the stay. We couldn’t have had a better apartment for our week in La Spezia.

Loved the space and feel of the appartement. The location was in the middle of the old town. Very lovely and lively location. The host was very kind. Helping us out with the best restaurants in town.

The host was friendly and had great communication. Location was located in the central, very close to food and shopping plus a quick walk to the train.
The ac was adequate, but needs some fans to circulate the air.
