Great stay

The apartment is located right in the city center, very close to the promenade, parking areas, and lots of cafés and shops. The host was kind and pleasant. There was no elevator, but it wasn’t really a problem. The bed linen was clean, and having two toilets was super convenient. Overall, a great stay!

There is no lift, so you need to carry your bags to the last floor.

Location central and convenient

54 steps to the third floor apartment (and a wonky handrail) not mentioned in Booking.com; no aircon in the attic bedrooms because of recent water damage (fans supplied instead, but noisy, and Velux windows needed to be closed because of pigeons) and host apologised for this but was away at the time of our stay for family reasons, so we are not complaining about an unforeseeable circumstance; we did not realise that the street door was opened with the fob attached to the key in the safe box at the entrance until a passerby told us ... no written instructions at hand about wi-fi, operating washing machine etc. Otherwise the sitting room, bathrooms and kitchen were good. Just needs a few improvements - and a lift (which is asking too much!) - but we think the stairs might be very difficult for some to cope with and need pointing out to likely clients. Maybe could be significantly cheaper considering the above. Oh, and the floors under at least one bed had not been dusted for several months.

Vi är mycket nöjda - vi var en familj på fem personer med barn mellan 16-22 år.

Mycket trevligt boende och bra läge nära allt. Mycket snabb hjälp från Candice när vi behövde!

Det är lite svårt att få full effekt av AC i ena sovrummet men det finns en manuell fläkt så det funkade bra ändå.

Salon pas assez avec 1 canapé 2p et 1 fauteuil ? Manque 1 fauteuil 😉Un des deux lit passer confortable pour 2 adultes trop petit puis 4 ieme étages escalier étroit.

Appartement très agréable et très spacieux. En plein centre ville, proche vraiment de tout, accessible facilement à la fête des citrons. Bruyant car en centre ville. 3 ème étage il faut le savoir.

A refaire

La géo-localisation, l'amabilité de l'hôte Candice ,l'appartement est très fonctionnel ,propre et bien au goût du jour cad refait à neuf au niveau des commodités salles de bains et cuisine.

Dernier étage sans ascenseur faut juste être sportif ,mais ça en vaut la peine car la vue du balcon est géniale.
