About this villa rental

A short distance from the ocean, a golf course, and more, this smoke-free villa lets you experience it all. Jardins Biovès is an easy 12-minute walk away, so you can leave your car at the property, which offers covered onsite parking, or jump in your vehicle to make short work of the 3-minute drive to Musée Jean Cocteau - Le Bastion. If you're looking to expand your horizons and see other nearby locales, you can catch a train at either Menton Station, a short 12-minute walk away, or Menton (XMT-Menton Train Station), 12 minutes away.

This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental features a BBQ grill and air conditioning. Connect to the WiFi, or get cozy in front of the TV. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. Feel free to prepare a home-cooked meal with the oven, stovetop, and refrigerator, as well as the coffee maker, electric kettle, and ice maker. The first thing we all said on arriving was that the photos we had seen didn't do this lovely house justice! The villa is a beautiful, well-equipped home, with an absolutely stunning view of Menton and the bay, and the town and beach a 15-20 minute walk down the hill. The main shopping street and old town are just a little further. We managed without a car: there are 6 buses a day in each direction, and an Uber if you need it (costs about 12 Euros from the station). In the 32 - 36 degree heat, the walk up the hill was taxing sometimes, so we really loved having the gorgeous pool (long enough to actually swim - about 8 - 9 metres), and the air con, which was a must. There were also two nice spots to eat outdoors - by the pool until midday, and on the fabulous balcony by night. Michele and Jean-Pierre were charming hosts, who made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We had a wonderful holiday in Menton, and would thoroughly recommend this lovely accommodation.
