Starting from the arrival, the welcoming was extraordanary! We felt immediatly at home. Place is more spacious than the photos depict! We will go back, extremely good location for trips to Nice, Monaco, San Remo, Ventimiglia, etc... Kitchen super provided, Bbq with charcoal, bedrooms with airco and so much more. Best hosts ever ;)

I cannot recommend enough how good the accommodation and hosts were. The property was superb - very modern, great facilities, the pool was perfect for our needs. The hosts were extremely thoughtful and prepared the accommodation perfectly - very clean and lots of thought put into our needs and setting up the house with all the things we needed during our stay. I would stay here any chance I could!

L'accueil a été parfait : clair, rapide et chaleureux. En ce qui concerne la maison, elle est très bien située (commerces essentiels à proximité, vue sur la mer). Il est vrai que j'avais peur que la piscine soit un peu petite mais le 7x4 proposé était génial ! En bref: n'hésitez pas : )

Spacious villa with a pool and excellent views of the sea. Everything you need is there. The beach can be reached in 15 minutes by foot. The friendly host family carried out the check-in personally and explained everything necessary. Highly recommended!

We arrived and were welcomed from the owner very nicely. They are both very kind an courteous. The house and the location is perfekt in an quite area of Menton. The Beach is not fare away, but for our kids preferred the fantastic pool. For the hot weather, we used intensiv the fridge with the ice maker. We liked our time there very much. Thanks for all :)

Nous avons chaleureusement été accueillis par Laurence et Vincent dans une très belle maison moderne, tout le confort pour y passer 15 jours (voire plus, voire toute une vie). Le calme, les cigales, la vue sur la mer, la piscine, que demander de plus. Nous avons découvert la magnifique ville de Menton, le centre ville très sympa pour se balader, faire les boutiques, déjeuner ou dîner. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour. Merci encore à Laurence et Vincent de leur gentillesse.

Magnifique!

Magnifique!

Eine wunderschöne Villa, sehr ruhig gelegen und dennoch Bäcker und Supermarkt in Laufentfernung. Zum Ortskern und zum Strand ist es doch ein längerer Fußmarsch, aber weder der Strand von Menton noch der Ortskern waren unser regelmäßiges Ziel, da wir Strände und Orte in der Umgebung angesteuert haben. Die Villa ist in punkcto Geschmack und Komfort auf Topniveau, es hat nichts gefehlt, im Gegenteil, die Kinder haben sich über die Tischtennisplatte und ich mich über den Gasgrill draußen gefreut, der allabendlich betrieben wurde. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, sympathisch und zuvorkommend und bei Problemen jeder Art gut zu erreichen gewesen (wobei es eigentlich keine Probleme gab!). Jederzeit wieder! Preis-Leistungsverhältnis m.E. völlig o.k.

Un vrai petit paradis !! Les photos pourtant réelles après revisite avant ce commentaire, ne rendent pas assez hommage à ce super lieu de vacances ! Je ne sais pas si la déco est parfaite mais elle a collé parfaitement avec nos goûts. Les propriétaires sont très sympas et on aurait volontiers partager + de temps avec eux. La vue sur la mer est réelle et déjà appréciable depuis la terrasse, pas besoin de monter à une fenêtre à l'étage !..Menton est une ville très agréable, charmante, avec la mer et les courtes distances de Monaco et l'Italie. Mais attention, dur dur de s'extirper de cette maison si plaisante à vivre pour aller visiter. Certes pas de clim et il a fait super chaud cette semaine, mais franchement le coin est super tranquille et en laissant tout ouvert, fenêtres comme portes, on supporte aisément. Bref le seul bémol, ..., on en repart le samedi avec beaucoup de peine !! Merci à Laurence et Vincent de nous accueillir dans, puis de nous prêter, leur très agréable maison !

Il y a tout d'abord l'accueil très chaleureux de Vincent et Laurence puis la découverte de cette magnifique villa très bien entretenue. Situation idéale (plage centre ville commerces et activités possible à pieds) et en prenant la voiture nous nous sommes rendus en Italie et à Monaco en quelques minutes. La ville de Menton est intéressante à découvrir (jardins, musés, architecture ...). Excellent séjour que je recommande vivement.

L'accueil est parfait et la villa est très agréable à vivre. Plage ou piscine : vous avez le choix ! Menton est un ville à découvrir moyennant un peu de marche. Pour ceux qui ne veulent pas marcher : 3 minutes de voiture et vous êtes au centre ville, près du port. Le séjour est réussi ! Merci Laurence et Vincent.

Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique, très haute gamme dans un endroit calme, avec tout commerces a proximité et seulement à 10 min de la plage. Excellent accueil de la part des propriétaires. Cette location convient à tout le monde, de célibataires aux familles avec enfants.

Tout d'abord, il y a l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, avec une visite simple mais efficace: décoration épurée, vaste terrasse, plancha et jolie vue sur la mer Méditerranée. L'accés au centre ville et à la plage à pied nous a permis de ne prendre la voiture que très rarement. L'Italie, à deux pas, rajoute aux vacances un charme incontestable. Un séjour réussi !
