We came for two days as part of a week-long trip to Italy. Personally, it is my favorite place to stay.
The host was exceptionally friendly and informative. A charming and pleasant man.
The place itself overlooked the Tuscan mountains.
At night we could eat on a covered and equipped patio.

Super friendly host, lovely house&garden, parking included, bus stop and very good bar/restaurant (also for breakfast) down the road
Spacious room and bathroom, quiet neighborhood
Bed was large but mattress a little hard

Very friendly host who offered us check-in also later as stated on the booking. He also recommended some restaurants for the dinner.
There is also a free parking, which was a must for us since we are travelling with car.
It is nice, traditional place, very close to the city. 2 minutes by car to the nearest parking.
Experience would be even better if breakfast was offered.

Everything. This place exceeded my expectations and the one of my family. Gianni and his parents were the nicest people in town. The place was very clean and comfortable. The place was the exact Tuscany experience we were looking for. Everything smelled so good inside the facilities. Outside, the smell was even better with the sense of nature and the Tuscany itself. You can notice the place is being taken care of every day. There are a lot of different trees and the view is just amazing. You can see the big work Gianni has put into the place. The owner is so friendly that we enjoyed every moment of having a conversation with him and his parents. You just feel at home and loved.
