Beautiful property located very close to Siena parking lots. Host was very accommodating. On site parking. Great shower. Comfortable bed.
I would have preferred if the tea kettle for morning coffee was in the common room upstairs.. Also I would have preferred a cooktop/kitchen area, rather than just a microwave and tea kettle in the large sun room.

Pleasant gardens and fruit trees in sunny location.
Close to highway and a very confusing / busy oblong rotary.

The setting and grounds were lovely and the structure was beautifully preserved. Gianni was an informative and very helpful host who went out of his way to ensure our comfort.
