Cute rooms but impossible to park and isolated location

It was a short walk to the historic center and there was a view of the cathedral from the terrace

1. There was nowhere to park the car to offload the luggages. The only car park (EUR20/day) closed between 6pm-8am which meant you could not access your car at all during those times or leave the car at another car park 5min walk from the B&B 2. The kitchen had a coffee machine which dis not work. A jar of soluble coffee which was empty! 3. No water was offered. 4. The building was surrounded by vegetation and few other reaidential buildings, so nowhere to buy even a bottle of water.

I’d look for another place next time.

The room was clean but there are a lot of stairs and no lift. We had to climb on a stool to close the bathroom curtain. There was no TP holder or soap dish in the shower.

Location is inconvenient. You have to walk all the way up to Siena for any food options so you won’t be going back and forth. The parking attendant said that we could retrieve our car during the day Sunday, but the garage was closed. The room faced the street and it was very noisy

Good location despite not in the city center

It’s not centrally located but is a few steps from the electric stairs that will take you to siena. Is and Airbnb. Is not super fancy but is comfortable, modern, clean and good for the night

You can hear the cars passing by in the road in front of the house all night. Just consider this if you are a light sleeper.

Perfect stay

Very comfortable on the backside of this 3 room stay. Room #3 is what you should book here. Indoor carpark available for €20,- a day. On walking distance (10 min or so) from the Duomo

Would stay again

The bed was very comfortable It was nice to have a little kitchen (shared with the 3 other rooms) It is not too far of a walk to the escalators which take you up into Siena

The on site parking closed after a certain time and when we left things in our car the owner said we couldn’t retrieve them due to the car park being locked. The kitchen didn’t have spoons which we needed as we bought some things to eat for breakfast in the morning

5 Star Hotel

Comfiest bed I have stayed in whilst in Italy! You can tell that they have got premium quality mattress, duvet and pillows, it felt like a 5 star hotel. The property has been recently renovated to a high standard, it is very modern and they have thought about the small details. Great lighting, sockets by the bed, fluffy blankets available, counter space in the bathroom for your products... the room was great! Common area has coffee machine (not the best but it does the job) and croissants, although I didn't try them. Easy self check in and check out. Property has only 3 rooms so it is very quiet, not much disturbance from neighbours. Parking available for 20 Euros a day, there is a number to call on the gate when you get there. Easy walk into the town, 10/15 mins if you use the escalator just past Santa Catalina car park, it is clearly sign posted you can't miss it.

the property was spotless and looks recently finished. The room itself was comfortable and clean and worked well for a one night stay before the Palio race. it’s also close to town.

Without a car it was difficult to arrive to and we couldn’t get a taxi from the station. The road we walked down (not through town, this one was closed due to the impending Palio) was quite a busy one to walk down and we couldn’t find the building straight away—nothing was marked and at 10pm all the lights were off. From our room the road was also very loud at night.

Nice place just outside of town.

The interior was great. It looked like everything was brand new. The interior is modern, clean, and efficient.

1. It's a little tricky to find the property itself. Even though the property is on the main road, the entrance is really close to the parking garage and there is no sign to indicate which door you're supposed to enter. We spent twenty minutes at the property next door trying to figure out where we were supposed to go. 2. The bathroom isn't well ventilated, so the towels don't really dry. As a result, the bath towels have a musty odor after use.

It is not in the city centre but we didnt mind because we had a car. You can reach the city centre by foot but it might take 15 minutes. It will be good to have a mirror in the room.
