Residence in zona tranquilla, distante 10 minuti dal centro. Fermata autobus a 200 metri. con la linea S1 che passa ogni ora nei giorni festivi e ogni mezz'ora nei giorni lavorativi. Il biglietto si può pagare sull' app oppure su richiesta sono forniti da Viola.(Cordiale e disponibile)

Lovely big accommodation. Warm and very clean, comfortable, nice kitchen. A library of books, ping pong room, large swimming pool (closed for winter), laundry etc. A pizza shop nearby, 10 min walk, that also sells bread, salami and ham, cheeses, etc. Local delivery pizzas are good. Taxis into city centre about 15 euro if needed, note RTZ in town. Fabulous city. Approx 1 mile walk to the city via olive forest but only for the fit!
Shower goes onto the floor so necessary to spread some towels around, a minor point as there are warm drying racks.

A good price at last minute and reasonably close to the main city in Siena. Clean, functional accommodation. Good, safe, off street parking.
It was a little older and could use a refresh.

The staff are the best thing about this property. Ever smiling, helpful and efficient, I loved them. The apartment was spotlessly clean, was well furnished and had a lovely view.
If you are a writer looking for solitude this is the perfect place. Otherwise the location is inconvenient for tourists and those on business. The property is in a posh residential area at the top of a hill. It is connected to Piazza del Campo by a single bus which comes by every 30 min. You need to go into town for everything including buying groceries for cooking and/or food. If you dine out you must finish by 8.30 p.m. and be at the bus stop by 8.40 p.m. when the last bus goes up. I found this inconvenient.
