stairs especially if needed bathroom during night.However having said that younger more active would not have a problem

Perfect location - great size for 5 of us. Had everything we needed - spotlessly clean and well decorated
Window in main bedroom needs better curtains/blinds as if they're open to let in daylight - there's no privacy. The attic bedroom windows are draughty and this makes the room cold - central heating works fine to take the edge off.

There was a staple sticking out of one of the stairs which cut our feet a few times. Other than that the cottage was perfect
