The property is in a fantastic location, close to the bridge which links both sides of the town, so really easy to access everything. It has lots of character and a very spacious feel to it. The decor is nice and is in keeping with it being a period property. The bed linens and towels were all good quality.
The beds in one of the twin rooms were very soft and not comfortable at all. There was a lot of street noise, with what felt like a constant stream of vans, lorries and refuse collections going up and down Church Street from as early as 5:30am.

Being close to the town and harbour. Having a well equipped kitchen. The 2 bathrooms.
The very uneven flooring throughout the property. Made it very difficult to use the kitchen for cooking, although the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. There was a a few easy DIY jobs could have been done before we arrived.

The location was perfect and the beds were so comfortable
The steeps stairs and unsafe banister rail
The bathroom showers could have done with a good clean
The bare window sills very old and could do with replacing
No fire in fireplace
