The property was clean.
The correspondence regarding the parking wasn’t clear. There was no designated parking space and the road was blocked on arrival. The parking space near the property door then became clear and we managed to park. However this was extremely difficult to access as other cars were double parked on the road for whole of our 5 day stay and the space could only be accessed by reversing up and round a tight corner. There was broken glass on the ground which we had to clear. The hotel opposite also had extremely loud music till 3am Saturday night.

House was comfortable; great location
Parking was a little awkward - we were never totally blocked in but it took a bit of effort to wriggle out sometimes!

Good facilities, clean and well equipped. Great location for exploring central Whitby.
The parking isn’t straightforward. We were 4 golfers with two cars. One car was completely up blocked in for a while.
