Location of the apartment was excellent. Only a short walk to the centre of Whitby. The apartment was well furnished and spotless and a welcome pack was provided which was much appreciated. Also had very good views of the harbour, abbey ruins and church next to the ruins.
I wouldn't say we disliked anything. The mattress on the bed was a little harder than the one we have at home, the en suite loo seat was a bit wonky and the back of the shower tray needed some attention. This didn't affect us but the apartment is on the 2nd floor and has no lift access for anyone who has mobility difficulties and the apartment itself, is on 2 levels.

The location was ok with not far to walk into town. A bit of a climb up a steep street on the return journey.
The bedrooms had mirrors but they were not near any electrical socket. Not good when using a hairdryer etc.
