Highly recommend a visit

Beautifully furnished accommodation, everything you need and more, lovely welcome pack with lots of goodies and a surprise bottle of bubbles. The studio was spotless and smelt clean and fresh, Nick couldn’t have been more helpful, we will definitely be returning

Lovely relaxing getaway for no more than 2 or 3 people, with all you should need and lovely hosts.

The location was perfect, away from the centre of town, so nice little walk to start your day. The bed was excellent soft but not to soft and the kitchen/ dinner had all needed for a nice meal prep and relax with the television and complimentary bottle.

The shower was very difficult to use, extremely clean but not easily workable, seaming to love boiling hot or stone cold for the first 10 minutes of use, can’t be helped but the water pressure was difficult to work with also.

Everything in the studio was beautiful. The little touches like a torch,the umbrella, and the welcome gifts was a lovely surprise. Nick was a fantastic host. He could not do enough for us.

Exceptional

From the minute we arrived, we received a warm welcome by the property owner. The studio was immaculately clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, with a short 15 minute walk taking to all the local pubs and shops. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils, which made cooking breakfast and evening meals very easy. Although it was an upstairs studio, we had access to a lovely outdoor area to sit in the evenings with our food and drinks with a lovely view of the countryside. Throughly enjoyed not using the car, as we were I'm walking distance of the famous Cheddar Gorge, Caves and local reservoir. Our car was left safely parked at the accommodation! 10/10 would recommend staying here, and I am looking forward to returning in future.

Lovely building. Very clean, nice treats for our arrival. Easy and close to get to cheddar gorge which you can see from the property

Shoe space wasn’t quite enough for us at the bottom of the stairs, we were worried about bringing muddy boats upstairs so we squeezed all coats and shoes in the tiny entrance area. There is a torch within the room for night time walks which we thought was a lovely idea, but when we came to use it we found ourselves on a very dark road with a none working torch. Also I would not class this property as lake view as you can barely see the lake at all and we stayed in the upstairs studio.

The studio was beautifully decorated, clean and tidy. The hosts, Nick and Kerry, were so lovely, helpful and accommodating. From ensuring a comfortable stay through to providing recommendations of things to do in the area and best places to eat. I’d highly recommend staying here! Perfect weekend away.

Relaxing and beautiful

The property looked newly refurbished. Everything was beautifully done. Also so much thought had gone in to the added extras like blankets for sitting out to watch the sun set. The owner was very warm and inviting and came across as genuinely wanting you to have a good time and the dogs were lovely. location was perfect. Walking distance from anything you could want.
