Excellent stay in a lovely hotel.

Good location, easy to get taxis to and from the centre. Spa was lovely and the massage was amazing. We both agreed the bed was one of the comfiest we’ve ever stayed in! Rooms are huge.

Car park is £10 for 24hrs. Would be nice if parking was included in the stay.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, stunning building and amazing rooms with great views.

Heating & towel rail weren’t working so room was cold. Although we were given a portable heater it only heated where it was.

Come for an event and see the old docks

Location is amazing right next to the new Everton stadium Lots of places opening up soon nearby. Uber to centre/liverpool one is £7-£9. There are buses too.

That I couldnt book a table as a guest with restaurant full of people not staying there. Should have an option booking on an event day to reserve a table with your room even if it is for one person. Its pointless having room service as an expensive replacement for a table if its one person rushed off their feet with no time to answer the phone. There was no robe or slippers, which I have had before staying there was too tired to care at the end of the day though.

I loved the room it was beautiful, we wished we had stayed for longer to enjoy everything the hotel had to offer.

That we got there too late have have an evening meal and see what the food would have been like.

Be wary of booking on Everton match days.

The staff were very attentive & professional. The rooms were very large & comfortable. Quiet rooms.

The hotel does not seem to be fully up to speed when there is a football match at Everton because: 1)Getting to the hotel is difficult due to matchday stewards trying to say you cannot go down the closed roads. 2) Car parking was in the carpark not in the hotel grounds etc. 3)No chance of getting seats in the bar area as so many people there, therefore could not order bar meals or have a relaxing drink 4) Room not ready (check in times need to be changed due to kick off). I am sure the hotel will get this right but they need to contact guests on a match day to warn them & perhaps ask for car registrations before arrival so spaces are 100% guaranteed in one of the car park. They also need to find more seating in the bar area on match days.
