We had a comfortable stay, it is good value for money.

It was immaculate, and modern.

My only complaint was I could not get in the shower without opening the bathroom door.

Clean and close to where we wanted.

Close to stadium

Floor uneven in hallway, tripped a few times. Small sink in bathroom. Beds are a bit compact to get in and out

Was ok for a night but rather stay closer to the city if possible.

Very remote area, probably due to the new Everton stadium not long there, Area around it needs more life, businesses to give it some life.

Walked to the city centre and very little transport from the hotel as in taxis, again this probably due to been a very remote area.

We had a lovely one night stay it was clean and comfortable.

It was very close to the football ground which is what we wanted and was very clean.

It was hard to find a think a song outside like a sandwich board sign would be useful as we spent a little time trying to find the each location.

Gorgeous Bedrooms! everywhere was clean and the rooms are so adorable. The outside of the building does look dodgy but the people we met on the street and outside the building, doing work next door, were so nice! We stayed for 2 nights and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The beds were comfy and although there’s not many places near by for food, uber eats/just eat did delivery’s to the front of the building. The customer service was excellent. We came for New Years so the ubers were about £24 to get into the centre, however we did pre book it so it made it more expensive.

We only got 1 towel each, which wasn’t an issue as we brought our own anyways and i’m sure if we had contacted management they would have arranged for more. The room was very cold on arrival but we popped the heating on and it heated up the room within the hour, so again wasn’t a major issue. The shower isn’t very warm, the waters verging on the side of cold, but again it wasn’t really an issue, just something that, if hotter, would have improved our stay.

Lovely room shame about the works spoilt our stay

Lovely room, very cosy and they put heating on for our arrival which was appreciated as was freezing outside

We were awoken by works going on either side of the building early Saturday morning, bangs, thuds, machinery, thought ceiling was coming through, was told management would be in touch the following Monday still haven’t heard a thing. Also the shower floor was lob sided, water rising against the shower door had to wait for it to drain before opening so wouldn’t flood the floor

Don’t be put off by the outside and entrance as the bedroom is very glamorous, clean and comfortable!

The bedroom was nicely presented and glamorous but clean and comfortable!

The area and run down location. The entrance hall was still under renovation and very incomplete! Not a good first impression! The en-suite toilet better layout for size ( maybe corner toilet!) There is a smoke alarm or something on the ceiling with a green light which is on constantly and lights up room all night and when in first bed shines directly in your eyes! Suggestion the information book has more local information on activities and what’s available in Liverpool. Also better signage outside maybe a door canopies with name on to make it stand out more!

The outside appearance of the hotel is not great but the room was very good. Thus would be an ideal location for anyone

The location was good for the wedding venue we were scheduled to attend at the Titanic. Facilities it the room were good, the place was very clean.

Heating control was not as simple as the instructions provided. It was very easy to hear other guests moving around. Though we could use the apps on the TV it would have been nice to be able to cast from phone to the tv.

A gem of a find!

Such a beautiful room - it really was an oasis of calm. Attention to details much appreciated from the welcome tray of water & hot drinks to the lovely ornate fireplace - all so well decorated. Snug & warm … we loved it. And of course the perfect place to stay if an Everton fan - the stadium across the road could be seen from our window; and the easy access to Sandhills Train Station meant we could easily pop along and see the Antony Gormley’s iron men at Crosby beach ( & do the parkrun)

All was honestly great - if I could change anything ( & this is being picky) oversized fluffy bath towels would have completed that luxury feel to all!

If you want something inexpensive and clean then this is fine but it’s a 20 minute walk into the centre of Liverpool and

Postcode took me to the back of the property and eventually I found the doorway next door to the kebab shop. I was a little bit concerned about leaving the vehicle parked on the road there as the area is very quiet. And after all it is Liverpool LOL. From there you can walk to the Titanic Hotel, which is very nice but a lot more expensive and I had dinner in the Titanic and actually left the car in the car park because I thought it was a lot more secure .

It’s great if you’re going to watch Everton but in a very quiet part of the city in the old Docklands but obviously an area which is up-and-coming and lots of building work going on, nothing not to like about the room all done very nicely

Lovely place and would stay again!

The room with an on suite bathroom is spotless. The bed is comfortable with a very good quilt. There are tea/coffee making facility on the unit and has a good sized television mounted on the wall. The whole experience for us was more than adequate as we had been to a show in Liverpool and just wanted to chill out afterwards. A couple of pubs on the dock road were still open so we had a quick drink there before retiring. Had a good nights sleep and didn't hear any of the other guests.

We are early risers anyway but there is still work going on at Evertons ground and the workman were there well before 7.00am and you could hear them discussing their day ahead. This will obviously stop when all works are complete and will not be an issue! We would book a taxi in future as we couldn't get through to the number provide but the main road is less than 5 minutes away and we got a taxi really easy.

Location was good for the IoM ferry terminal.

The hotel info book referred to fire escape instructions on the back of the room door but there were none there nor anywhere else. The smoke detector in our room was not flashing making us wonder if it worked. Work to improve the appearance of the lobby area was incomplete. The Booking.com picture was of the Hill Dickinson stadium opposite not the hotel. We had difficulty in locating the hotel which has a very unprepossessing entrance. The room was clean but the toilet needed flushing.

A nice quiet and comfortable stay, great value for money and highly recommended if you want a quieter stay in Liverpool.

Our room number 3 was clean and well presented, we had views across to the new stadium. There was tea, coffee and a bottles of water which was a nice touch. Also a fan available which was very welcome. It was about a 10 minute taxi ride into the centre and a cost of only around £10, we didn’t mind this as it was nice to be staying away from the bustling city centre.

There was building works going on next door that started quite early.

Across the road from Bramley Moore Dock Stadium. It's a new place, so it was ultra clean. The bed was perfect. Fantastic sleep. The shower was fantastic.

Tap on sink was a bit Wobbly. A mini fridge would have hit the spot. The key save (storage thing) was hard to find as there are loads of them. Would have made it easier if it was told it was beside our door. If you want to park on match days, you have to move car by 11 am. We moved to Walter St car park for £15.

the photo isnt of the hotel- its the view opposite the hotel- which was a terraced house. no breakfast, food, staff or reception- however thats my fault as i didnt understand what a 'boutique hotel' was. location was not nice (opposite Everton football ground)- nowhere to eat and i had to walk a way to get anything- which ended up being a sandwich from a garage. had i understood the location more i wouldnt have booked it. sink tap in room was loose- needs tightening. drunk guests arriving back noisily at 3.30am disturbed me. road noisy outside. expensive for what it was

We had room 3. Clean, fresh and new. Really nicely decorated and comfortable. The view of the new stadium is amazing so if you’re an Everton fan like us you’ll love it!

Not bad, but not as described

Nice decor

Shower room as so small it was difficult to use. Very noisy environment with guests in other rooms causing disturbance. I understand this is not in control of the proprietor but the stairs and floors are very noisy. The Booking.com criteria were incorrect and the parking is on the street, and not dedicated to the property, this is not a hotel, and there isn't aircon.

The gold paint covering up problems.

The price was low. The beds were comfortable and clean.

They needed our phone number to let us in. No staff on site. There was wet paint drying upon entry. The walls are very thin, so depend on quiet neighbors. There was a slug on our cup counter. The sink knobs were not fully screwed in. The shower doors are badly organized. There was drywall dust along the wall from some recent work done in the room.

Room very comfortable although road works outside window and rennovations of adjoining property meant that drilling started at 08:30 in the morning. Luckily I had to be at my meeting for 09:00 so left at 8:50. I would have been pretty cheesed off if i wanted a lie in.
