Location was perfect if you were going to Everton FC, close to town centre ( a short bus or metro ride) room was very clean & compact with tea/coffee facilities. Plenty food & drink establishments close by
Shower room a bit tight for me as I am a bit obese but my grandson found it excellent

We loved our stay, as so close to our teams stadium, but also so welcoming and comfortable, we were more than happy with our stay, and we will be back, great communication with the owner also, no faults at all.

Looks really run down as you walk in, but room was fine.
