For us, who were there to see Everton, the location is perfect. On street parking. But have to park a couple of streets behind on matchdays, which is understandable. Not far from city centre by taxi or car.
The room was good. Had what we needed. A bit smaller than expected, but we managed ok for 3 nights.
It’s not a hotel. So don’t expect a hotel. But we’ll be back for the football soon
The room was a bit small. Bathroom and shower were too. But, for the type of property, the owners have used the space perfectly.

Literally across the road from the Stadium, so it is the perfect location if you just need a place to lay your head & keep your bags for a match weekend.
Fair value for what you get in comparison to other similar properties in Liverpool.
The Staff are very easy to deal with and we're incredibly accommodating to us for our stay. Highly professional.
Room is quite small, and the walls are thin. You hear everything going on around you/other rooms (especially if they come in/out super late).
