Nice and clean, with very pleasant staff
Bedroom was far too hot, AC didn’t appear to work properly, room temperature didn’t drop below 24C for the 3 days we were there

Great location, very clean and modern interior. Excellent staff.
The 50 pound deposit against room damage. Most hotels do it but when staying the night with a child it seems unnecessary

Clean and comfortable
On the first night the air conditioning wasn’t working complained twice but nothing was done. On the second day I complained and was given a different room.
