The lifts were out of service and had to use the staff lift, which was not a good experience

Beds really comfy, and great location
No fridge in room, and took a while to get checked in

The room was spacious and very clean with lovely views over the river. The extra large bead was very comfortable. Breakfast was a hit lovely hot cooked food and a nice buffet with cereal, fruits and cheese to choose from a great selection of fruit juices, teas and coffee’s.
Our air con did not work the room was uncomfortably hot.

Clean and comfortable. Huge beds and good size rooms.
It was really hot in the bar. The drinks were very expensive.
One lift wasn’t working and we were on the 7th floor.
