The place is more like a large hotel room rather than a full apartment, as it consists of a single room without a separate bedroom. There is a small kitchen inside, equipped well enough for simple cooking (although the pans are a bit worn), as well as a bathroom. The location is excellent—very central, within walking distance to most attractions in Nice, and only about 7–8 minutes on foot to the train station, which makes it very convenient for day trips to places like Menton, Monaco, and Cannes Check-in was smooth and easy. They meet you if you inform them about 30 minutes before arrival, and we had no issues at all. There is an additional €10 per person fee at check-in, which is already mentioned during booking, so it’s not a surprise—but worth noting in case anyone misses it.

The apartment is on the ground floor, right next to the elevator. Since it wasn’t a very busy period, noise from other residents was not an issue for us. However, unfortunately, there was renovation work in the building during our stay, which caused significant noise during the daytime—loud enough to be disturbing if you stay in the room. The biggest downside was the bed. There is a sofa bed and a double bed that folds out from a wardrobe. We didn’t use the sofa, but the fold-out bed was quite uncomfortable and very noisy. This was honestly the least pleasant part of our stay.

Great location and friendly host who met us at the apartment on arrival. The apartment is situated off the main shopping street in Nice with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby and the beach is a 15-minute walk away. The beds, duvets and pillows were all very comfy. The beds are pull-out so we had more floor space during the day. To clarify, one is a double sofa bed and the other is a double wardrobe bed that you pull down from the wall. Overall modern design and facilities and everything was spotless when we checked in. Very handy to have a kitchen with a fridge, combi-microwave oven and basic utensils. There are electric shutters for the main window, great for blocking out the early light, and it felt safer as we were on the ground floor!

We paid a €10 linen fee per person but a duvet cover and pillowcases weren't provided and we weren't sure if they were washed between stays. We could hear everyone come in the front door at all hours as we were on the ground floor. We wish we were informed of this prior to our stay, or if ear plugs were provided. Would have been nice to have some teabags and coffee provided as basic necessities.

The place is quite big. It has a wall mounted bed and a sofa, both very comfortable. The bathroom has a big shower. There is a washing machine in the kitchen, iron board, espresso machine, stove, toaster and other kitchen items. The place was clean. The location is excellent, about 5 minutes from the super market - Monoprix and the mall - Nicetoile. The tram line is also 5 minutes away, 10-15 min walking distance is the train station.

In the kitchen, should provide some paper towels, one bigger knife and garbage bags. Also, it should specify that the apartment is at the ground floor, next to the elevator. Unfortunately for us, every single night , at all hours there were many people going in and out of the building and we can hear each and every one of them talking right next to the door while waiting for the elevator. But, if you're a deep sleeper, you shouldn't have any problems :)
