Cosy and hyper central Jean Medecin

A really good apartment with everything needed, newly furnished, nicely decorated. Location: just few steps to the central street with shops and cafes, 5min to train station, 18min to English promenade. Great staff that was ready to help.

Comfortable, fully euipped apartment located in the center of Nice. Short access to seaside, train station, good connection with the airport.

Minor technical shortcomings

We really enjoyed our time in Nice - the location of this apartment was fantastic! Close to the main train station, but also a quick walk to the Old Town. The apartment was also well spaced for our stay - 5 nights. Having a kitchen, washing machine, plus all the other things you'd need was fantastic. The host/house keepers were very proactive and easy to communicate with, so we felt secure knowing if anything went wrong it would be resolved quickly (not that anything, did!). Overall, I recommend this apartment to explore the area, especially if you want a little more space as you're in town for a significant amount of time.

The apartment was quite hot, and it didn't feel secure leaving a window open when you left. The ceiling fan in the lounge was great, but a bigger fan in the bedroom would be the only thing I'd change - everything else was fantastic!

Location was good, close to the train station and many restaurants around the area. It also has a washing machine which is great.

No air-conditioning and during the heatwave this summer, it was quite uncomfortable that we had to sleep on the sofa under the fan. Not the owner’s fault - we just should have checked to ensure there was AC. Probably a much better option during cooler months. But otherwise, it’s good.
