There is separate air conditioning in both rooms, and the kitchen is fully equipped (though the oven did not work). The only thing to keep in mind is that it is on a high 4th floor with no elevator. Excellent location—on one hand, everything is close by (the train station is a lazy 10-minute walk, the promenade is 25 minutes), yet it is quiet and peaceful in the evening. It is close to a bakery (50m) and a supermarket (250m). My family was very happy with this apartment.

Good location. Well-kept apartment, equipped with 2 air conditioners at summer it is very important
Communication in French. There was no tea, just a couple of coffee pods.

Place is spacious with everything you need for a stay. Spacious room, comfortable bed, big bathroom, living room area comfy. Really liked the place and will come back if going again to Nice
