It is located on a pietonal street with access to a lot of restaurants, cafes and about 15-20 minutes walk from the promenade. The apartment is equipped with everything needed.

The street tends to get pretty full of strange people at night, but I think this is something common for Nice as I almost got robbed in the train station by pickpockets in the middle of the day, so be careful. The apartment walls are pretty thin, I could even hear when the neighbors were using the toilet.

Very clean and had all the amenities required. Host was also very responsive and all the instructions were very clear. Amazing location!!!!

Central location but too noisy without sound insulation.

We arrived late in the evening and the first thing we saw when we entered the apartment was three cockroaches and one spider. When we start unpacking we realized that we can't fit in the bed. Particularly there is no bed but just a mattress on the floor of the loft where you literally need to crawl in order to lay down. Therefore we had to sleep in the couch which turns to bed but it was very uncomfortable and not very clean. Relevant pictures are attached. The air conditioning was an air ventilator machine which made too much noise and you can't keep in on during the night so we end up sleeping and waking up several times because the room was boiling without the air-conditioning on. In addition, there is no sound insulation in the apartment so we could hear very clear all the sounds of the other apartments and everyone walking on the corridor. We booked the apartment for four nights and they provided us two toilet papers and two small shower gels which was not sufficient so we had to buy our own. All in all, very disappointed experience and we would not book this ever again.
