Small but lovely apartment. On a quiet side street, whilst still being very close to the busy bustling Av Jean Medecin. The mezzanine floor upstairs was cute, containing bedroom, shower and basin. No cabinets for clothes though, which didn't bother me too much. WC with small basin is downstairs. The air conditioning is aimed at the downstairs area, but if you turn off the electric towel rail, and turn on the A/C on full power at night it provided enough cooling to the upstairs to get a comfortable nights sleep on a warm night. A pleasant 15-18 min walk to the Old Town. All in all, my 8yr old daughter and I very much enjoyed the stay.

A clothes drying rack would have been useful, like the one shown in the pictures. If I was to be picky, I'd say that perhaps the cleaners could spend a little more time, and attention to detail with the cleaning, prior to the next person checking-in.

Right in the city center, close to the tram stop , near shopping areas and supermarkets.

The hand shower is leaking and makes a bit of noise. The pitched roof of the attic is low and we get hit easily 🥲.

Very central location. Cosy, comfortable and compact apartment.
