Sijainti oli erinomainen ja kaikki asiointi hoitui hyvin omistajan kanssa. Naapureista ei meteliä kuulunut, kadulta jonkin verran.
Huoneisto oli siisti, mutta keittiövälineet erittäin likaisia. Pesuhuone oli oikein kiva, ilmeisesti hiljattain remontoitu. suihku toimi hyvin ja riittävä lämmin vesi. Pyyheliinat haisivat aivan hirvittävälle. Huoneistossa oli pyykkikone mutta niiden pesukaan ei auttanut

Dobra lokalizacja w pobliżu centrum i dworca kolejowego co w przypadku osób korzystających z komunikacji publicznej (a zwłaszcza z pociągów) jest bardzo dużym plusem. Mieszkanie czyste, przyjemne, ale głośne, (głównie nocą słychać skutery i służby odpowiedzialne za sprzątnie ulic czy wywóz śmieci). Najbardziej brakowało mi w mieszkaniu światła, słońca z racji położenia na 1 piętrze i wysokiego budynku mieszkalnego naprzeciwko. Poza tym, bez zarzutu.

Excellent location. Close to trams, grocery, shopping and restaurants. 10 min walk to Nice train station, old town and many other hot spots like promenade Responsive host with clear instructions. True to pictures shown.
Just a note; Split AC is in living room , so bedroom doesn't get enough cool.

The Flat was nice. Its not really 2 rooms but rather one room with a separation
We has a heavy ant infestation and a lot of mold that we realized too late
