Apartment is really nice and modern; parking availability is a real advantage and nearby you can find Spar and the Konzum
The person managing the apartment is very slow in response and not very helpful; instructions were sent to me as snapshots of previous WhatsApp messages and it’s a bit confusing to find the parking and the entry. We have checked-in around 9 pm and asked for one hour extra for checkout but my request was ignored.

Great location, secure, air conditioners worked really well and kitchen was really we supplied. Apartment was clean and carpark was provided which as very convenient. Great view to the water.
We did take a bit to find the entrance of the building the first time but other than that all was great

Modern, very clean, very secure building, excellent accommodations. Separate queen size mattresses/beds in separate bedrooms. Very comfortable beds. Condo has everything you need to stay long term. Huge balcony as shown in photo. On 6th floor, great views of skyline/sunset. Has elevator, so great and easy access with luggage. Close to old city. Free and secure parking in underground garage. Uber/taxi approx €7-10 to Sea Organ area.
Brita water filter in fridge, drinkable cold tap water. Dolce coffee pod coffee maker, offering few pods and teas. We never used any nearby shops or cafe but can see there are options. Grocery store not far away.
We had a little bit of misunderstanding how to access the parking garage but we figured it out. The host communication was excellent!
Bath towels are small in size, air dried/very rough and little old looking. (Last place we stayed for similar price had white newer soft towels with face cloth, hand towel and bath towel options.)
For the price of accommodation newer, nicer towels/options a strong suggestion.
