De buitenruimte was erg ruim en ideaal om te rusten, spelletjes te doen en te zwemmen. Ook de tafeltennistafel en dartbord waren erg leuk! De locatie was goed, dicht bij een supermarkt in de buurt en ook op loopafstand van het centrum. De mensen van het huis waren enorm aardig en behulpzaam en hadden goed voor ons gezorgd!
De airco was in de woonkamer aanwezig, maar niet in slaapkamer, daardoor kon het een beetje warm worden ‘s nachts

The property was amazing and the outdoor facilities were fantastic , particularly the eating and cooking area, and having your own private pool was really nice. Having your own terrace was also brilliant for the evening. The hosts were the nicest and kindest hosts we have ever met and were so helpful during our stay. The location was quiet and the Old Town and the local beaches were easily walkable. We will definitely be returning.

The outdoor space and pool area are amazing. The villa was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. Our boys particularly loved the table tennis table and dart board. Lovely welcoming hosts. A short walk into Zadar old town. Would recommend to anyone

Die Vermieter waren extrem freundliche und hilfsbereit. Die Schlüsselübergabe und eine Hausbegehung erfolgten persönlich. Alles wurde in gutem Englisch erklärt. Die Vermieter wohnen unter der Ferienwohnung und waren über WhatsApp sehr gut erreichbar. Antworten bei Anliegen kamen in der Regel innerhalb von wenigen Minuten.
Bei unserer Anreise fanden wir gratis Eis, Getränke und Obst als "Erstversorgung" vor. Bettwäsche, Decken und Handtücher waren reichlich vorhanden. Die offene Küche hat Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Eisfach und Geschirrspülmaschine. Im Wohnzimmer ist eine Klimaanlage, die die Wohnung bei offenen Türen tagsüber kühlen konnte. Die Fenster haben Jalousien. Im Badezimmer ist eine Waschmaschine. Spülmittel, Geschirrspültabs, Trockentücher, Küchenrolle, Klopapier und Waschmittel waren reichlich vorhanden.
In / an der Außenküche gibt es einen großen Kühlschrank, einen Kaltwasserspender, eine Tischtennisplatte mit Schlägern und Bällen, eine Dartscheibe, ein TV, einen Gasherd und eine typisch kroatischen Holzgrill mit Holz und Rost sowie einen Wasserkocher und Sandwichgrill. Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, etc. Geschirr und Besteck - alles reichlich vorhanden. Es gibt dort ein zweites Bad mit Dusche und Klo. Der Pool ist ca. 8m x 4m groß und ca. 1,40m tief und wurde täglich morgens geprüft. Er war perfekt sauber und starke Filter liefen permanent. Eine kleine Dusche ist direkt am Pool.
Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig und die Straße vor der Ferienwohnung wenig befahren. Zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es 500m (Lidl), zur Altstadt 1,5 km und zum nächsten Strand 1,6 km. Zum Busbahnhof sind es 1,1 km. Die Fahrt zum Flughafen kostet 5€ pro Person. Mit dieser Ferienwohnung ist also kein Auto nötig. Falls doch eine Entfernung zu groß war, haben wir ein günstiges Bolt-Taxi genommen.
Die Übergabe am Ende des Aufenthalts war ebenfalls persönlich und unkompliziert.
Ich würde diese Ferienwohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.
