Вай фай швидкий, відстань до моря, кондиціонери, техніка в робочому стані, два санвузли, простора кухня, поруч магазини, кафе. Достатньо посуду, є посудомийка, балкон.
При поселенні не було запасу туалетного паперу, кави, чаю, шампунів чи гелю для душу, по одному рушнику на людину, не дуже зручні ліжка. Була брудна підлога, валялось чуже волосся і пісок. Пил на полицях. Власниця не дала чітких інструкцій щодо отримання ключа від помешкання.
