Sehr zentral, alles man braucht!
Die Balkontüren liessen sich nicht schliessen. Über das Nachbarhaus und die Terrasse hätte jederzeit jemand in die Wohnung gelangen können – ein klares Sicherheitsrisiko.
Die Dusche war sehr klein, die Halterung des Duschvorhangs verbogen und teilweise defekt. Die Halterung der Duschbrause war zu hoch angebracht und nicht höhenverstellbar, für Kinder also nicht nutzbar.
Beim Eingang lagen lose, nicht isolierte Kabel. Das ist bei Berührung gefährlich bis lebensgefährlich, und eine fachgerechte Reparatur würde nur wenige Euro kosten – zumal man den vollen Preis bezahlt.
Obwohl sich die Wohnung im 1. OG befindet, funktionierte der Lift nicht; die Koffer mussten von Hand hochgetragen werden.
Matratzen und Kissen waren sehr hart und alles andere als bequem.
Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es keine. Immerhin hat die Vermieterin in rund 300 m Entfernung etwas organisiert – das war sehr hilfsbereit.

Very good location. Loved big balcony.
The bathroom is quite old, and the trash bins are just outside the apartment so it’s quite noisy in the mornings.
