It’s no sea view!!! First day no water, second no electricity, wifi is terrible, noisy neighbours and close road, never back to Albania again, don’t worth it!

Family visit to sarande

The owner was very helpful, the location and balcony view were great. The apartment is clean and new. Big supermarket just in front of the building.

Very limited kitchen tools and utensils. The apartment size is not 80 m2 as mentioned in the description, it's hardly a 40 m2. Only one AC in the bedroom.

Вид з вікна неймовірний, тераса- велетенська, є лежаки та столик зі стільчиками, криша як кабріолет на терасі, де ми проводили всі наші вечори, сніданки та обіди. В апартаментах все нове та доглянуте, є пральна машинка та необхідний посуд. Три окремих ліжка, одне навпроти дверей. До моря йти недалеко, вниз 3 хв. На більш кращий пляж 5-7 хв. Пляж найкращий в Саранді. Взуття для пляжу необхідно брати, камінці колючі. Є пральна машинка, але треба взяти пральний порошок з собою. В ванній кімнаті є гель для душу та туал.папір. В ці апартаменти хочеться повернутися ще, вони ідеальні, або навіть жити.

Бойлер тече, там був додатковий туалетний папір, який був мокрий повністю в день заїзду, відсутня шторка в душ. Просто не пощастило з сусідами 😁 гуляння, дискотеки і музика була в 4 ранку на весь дім, в іншій квартирі через стінку, і так пʼятниця та субота, в інші дні була тиша.

Assolutamente sconsigliato. Non la si può definire truffa, ma ci va molto vicino.

Buona la posizione, vicino il mare, e subito di fronte un supermarket e la fermata del bus Bellissima la terrazza da cui si possono osservare sia il mare, sia la Grecia. Appartamento molto pulito al momento dell'arrivo.

Il pagamento è solo in contanti, attenzione perché prelevare con la carta all'atm di fronte mi è costato oltre il 20/100. Dovevamo pagare 722€, ci hanno detto che il rapporto era 1/100, si sono presi 72200lek albanesi pari a 745€.La "doccia" ha solo un marmo mezzo scollato da cui passa da sotto l'acqua quindi ogni volta che ci si fa una doccia si allaga tutto. Il condizionatore è piccolo per rinfrescare tutto l'appartamento. Una delle due tapparelle non scende. La piastra elettrica funziona bene ma avete a disposizione una pentola e una padella molto grandi, che insieme non ci entrano. Se poi si accendono due elettrodomestici la corrente salta, e a volte salta anche se non c'è niente acceso. In dotazione solo la chiave dell'appartamento, senza quella del portone sotto che dovrebbe essere sempre aperto. Un giorno lo abbiamo trovato chiuso e abbiamo dovuto aspettare altri inquilini dello stabile per farci aprire. Palazzo molto sporco. Insomma come appartamento non è male, ma di sicuro non vale il prezzo che chiedono. Ho visto altri appartamenti simili li vicino alla metà di quanto ho pagato questo(oltre 100€ al giorno)

L'appartamento si trova a circa 3 km dal centro, ma in una zona piena di ristoranti, negozi e supermercati

Ogni volta che si fa la doccia, si allaga il bagno, perché non è presente il box doccia. Pochi asciugamani e anche se li ho chiesti, non mi sono stati dati. Meno male che è presente una lavatrice e li abbiamo potuti lavare.

très bel appartement, emplacement parfait à 5 minutes de la mer, le quartier avait des restaurants, des cafés et des supermarchés très proches, la propreté de l'environnement était excellente et l'hospitalité était très bonne et communicative Merci !😊
