About this apartment rental
The vacation rental is located in a prime spot right on the water, next to the city’s best beaches. Enjoy the breathtaking ocean view of the island of Corfu and fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a double bed in the bedroom and two large pull-out sofas with comfortable mattresses in the living room. Enjoy the sunset from one of the two balconies. Right in front of the house is a public beach with crystal-clear water. The Santa Quaranta Premium Resort, Mango Beach, and Flamingo Beach are just 100 meters away. These offer sun loungers with umbrellas for rent for 5–10 € per person, full access to the beach, and a pool area. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, you’ll find supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, and other services such as car rentals, a diving center, a bus stop, and more. It’s just a 25-minute walk to the Saranda promenade. There’s also a bus stop behind the house with service to the city center (5 min), Ksamil (10 min), and Butrint (15 min). Parking is available right at the property.

Although our version of Google maps could not navigate to the Harbour hotel next to the appt block, a phone call to Marcus brought him immediately to rescue & guide us personally to his lovely apartment. Over & above the description, it has every facility & equipment one could possibly need - from dishwasher to electric orange squeezer, coffee machine to large fridge/freezer etc. etc.Of course we especially enjoyed the balconies where we could sit & watch the whole of Sarande Bay & when the boats had anchored up at the end of the day, then birds flying around us to check their nests on the adjacent buildings. Finally mention should be made of Marcus’ excellent house instructions/guide book - a brilliant large font with great colour pictures. We visited all of his recommendations from Giirokaster to Butrint and especially enjoyed the visit to a Monastery guided by him & his girlfriend and afterwards to Lukova beach.
Obviously thoroughly recommended!

It has everything you need, beach at walking distance, shops and restaurants at walking distance, swimming pool if needed, lots of sunshine. Apartment is very good . Comfy beds, air conditioners, well equipped kitchen, balconies with sea views for your morning coffee . Highly recommend. The host very helpful with advice on local amenities and places to go. We have enjoyed our stay .
