We had a very pleasant stay at this apartment. It was comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was convenient, and the host was friendly and responsive. The free underground parking is a very good advantage of this stay. The view from balcony is breathtaking, we really enjoyed it. Also, the nearby beach of the Santaquaranta resort is nice. The apartment provided excellent accommodation and made our trip enjoyable and stress-free. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to other guests.
The elevator is not working so you do not have direct access from the parking. Maybe I would suggest a small upgrade to the kitchen ustensils as the cooking pots are quite scratched, also some wine glasses would be nice to have. Also, mosquito nets are needed.

Property was clean. Located on first floor, just no lift available at the moment if someone struggles to walk up. Very clean inside. Has AC in living room and bedroom, which is very convenient in summer months. Has underground private parking. Sea view in balcony. Location is good, about a 10 min walk to closest beach front that rents beach chairs. About 20 min walk to get to the main strip of sarande so location is perfect.
