very modern and clean accommodation, just around the corner from the centre of Saranda, with a beautiful view of the hills, especially at sunrise. Family hotel, very nice people, we felt very welcome, the atmosphere was simply amazing and I can confirm that the positive reviews here were correct, including a tasty and sufficiently varied breakfast. Grocery and great fast food are 5 minutes walk away (both places accept credit cards).
only minor stuff - there is no sea view (but it is literally around the corner); the hotel is not at the main street level (which is great), but you have to climb a very short steep hill (you get used to it quickly :-) - on Google maps you see parked trucks: it is above them. A sign with the name of the villa and an arrow would help to overcome doubts.
